Why Choose The Ridge.
We've stood in your shoes in years past. As university students, we too hunted for housing in highly competitive markets and we know how it feels.
So when we designed The Ridge, we wanted lively, practical spaces for studying, socializing and solitude. Spaces that perfectly suit your lifestyle – and your budget.
The beauty of life at The Ridge is centrality. You're minutes from where you need to be, whether you're hoofing it, using pedal power or driving. Roll out of bed and take the bus to class – the bus stop is literally at your front door!
Our optimal location means home is in the center, and nothing is out of reach.

Two Visit.
Schedule a showing time so you can tour a unit.
If you want to proceed, ensure the property manager has the names, phone numbers, email addresses and parent/guardian contact details for everyone in your group who wants to apply, as well as the unit number you are interested in.
Three Apply.
The property manager will email each of you a request for a background check, and each of your parents/guardians for a credit check. This requirement is mandatory for all prospective tenants.
Assuming your background and credit checks are cleared, you will have ten days to complete step four.
Four Final steps.
-Submit a Security Deposit & sign the Security Deposit Agreement
-Submit a $150 administrative fee
-Have a parent/guardian fill out and return the cosigner form.
Once everyone who will be occupying the apartment has submitted these fees and returned the forms, you will each receive electronic copies of the lease, which must be signed (electronically) and returned to the property manager.
